Your name, email address and date of birth when you create an account.

Your date of birth is used for two things only: keeping teen and adult spaces separate, and meeting the law on accounts for under-18s. It is never used for advertising and is never shown to anyone else.

What you write, record or photograph inside the programme: journal entries, answers to prompts, voice notes, photos of your handwritten pages, and your Keepsake Collection.

Your progress through the programme — which days you opened and completed, and your streak.

If you took the Power Profile: your first name, email, age and your answers.

Basic technical information needed to run the app, such as error reports and the device type.

Only you. Your journal entries, prompt answers, voice notes, photos and Keepsake contents are readable by your account and no other. This is enforced at the database level with row-level security, not by hiding buttons in the app.

April, who runs the programme, can see that you completed day nine. She cannot see a single word you wrote on it.

The only thing anyone else sees is something you deliberately choose to post into a Sisterhood space, or deliberately choose to share with a Bridge partner.

We ask for your explicit permission before the microphone or your photo library is ever accessed, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings.

While a recording is in progress, a red recording indicator is visible on screen the entire time.

Recordings and photos are stored privately to your account and are never used for advertising, never used to train anything, and never shared.

Some parts of Sovereign & Sacred ask about your body, your cycle and your health. Those answers are sensitive personal information. They are stored exactly like the rest of your journal — private to you — and are never shared with anyone and never used for advertising, ever.

Nobody under 14 can create an account. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 14 we close it and delete everything on it.

If you are 14 to 17, a parent or guardian must give permission before your programme opens. We email them a plain-English explanation and record their answer.

Teen and adult accounts cannot see, search for or reach each other. There is no direct messaging in this app in either direction, for anyone.

A parent or guardian can withdraw permission at any time by emailing us, and we will close the account the same day.

We do not sell your data. We never have and we will not.

We use a small number of service providers to run the app: Supabase for the database, authentication and file storage; Vercel for hosting the web app; Stripe to process payments; and Resend to send email. Each holds only what it needs to do its job.

We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we remove your profile, entries, recordings, photos, Keepsake and progress. Anonymous, aggregated counts that cannot identify you may remain.

Records we are legally obliged to keep, such as payment receipts, are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings, then Delete my account. It is permanent, and it takes everything with it.
